Book an assessment
We believe that your job, how you sit/stand, and how you walk can tell us a lot about your body. We encourage all new clients to schedule a client assessment with us. The assessment is considered your first session as a new client and will consist of a postural analysis, discussion of your daily life, i.e. work, exercise, and diet, as well as, past or present injures. We will also discuss and set your health goals that you want to work towards.

9:30 am Foam Rolling
11 am Strength and HIIT
12 pm Slow Flow Yoga
Classes are $5 each and can be taken live or send as a recording.
