Recent research has shown that not only is exercise during pregnancy okay for mama and baby, it can positively impact your experience.

Contrary to what we have been told for decades, it is safe to begin an exercise routine during pregnancy. It is especially important to work with an expert in pre and postnatal exercise to ensure a safe training program.

I am a pre and postnatal exercised specialist through Dr. Sarah Ellis Duvall’s program, Core Exercise Solutions and I am passionate about helping mamas to be find a balanced movement practice.
